For assisted living residents, we offer 2 floor plans: a studio and a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom. Like all of our apartments, they feature an open, contemporary layout and modern appliances.
Assisted living apartments include:

- Washers and dryers in each apartment
- Utilities (electricity, water, telephone)
- Housekeeping
- No property taxes
