Unlike typical communities in Cary Woods or Beauregard that require huge buy-ins, we use a simple rental model. You lease your villa, and we handle all home and lawn maintenance for you.
It’s completely up to you! For ultimate financial control, residents in Magnolia Place and Azalea Place can utilize their full private kitchens and opt-out of dining fees. However, you can always add our optional Hospitality Package for chef-prepared meals when you want a break from cooking.
It is your choice. Residents from Wright Crossroads or The Bottle often choose our Magnolia or Azalea villas to keep their full kitchens and opt-out of dining fees. You can always add our meal packages whenever you want.
Our 2-bedroom villas are perfect for couples. Additionally, our on-site memory care center allows spouses to stay close together even if one person needs specialized support, which is a major benefit for families in Lee County.
We are centrally located in Auburn, making it a very short drive for families and visitors coming from Cary Woods, Beauregard, The Bottle, and Wright Crossroads.
While those areas are residential, Summer Village provides the only “unbundled” rental villa model nearby. This gives you the financial flexibility of renting without the burdens of homeownership.
